I am so committed to being happy!

Not only do I want to be happy but I want to take as many people with me as I can. Bee Happy is a series I created to encourage people to experience happiness everyday.

Happiness is a skill. Happiness is a habit.  There are techniques that can be used to help you switch your perspective and focus on the positive, so that you can experience happiness everyday. You can experience contentment, joy, and peace on a daily basis. You can train your brain to be happy. Learn how to maintain a positive state even in stressful situations. Life is meant to be lived and it can definitely be enjoyed.

If you are a person who struggles with sadness, anger, depression, anxiety, jealousy, or insecurity this is the place for you.
